Intro Welcome to chess you can be any color you like.
Pieces: King, Queen, Bishops, Knights, Rooks and Pawns
How the pieces move:
King: Can only move 1 square but in any direction
Queen: Can move like a rook and a bishop
Bishop: Can move diagonally
Knights: Can move in an L shape and jump over pieces
Rooks: Can move straight
Pawns: Moves 2 or 1 square at its starting postion
To the pawns special move: En passant
To the king and rooks special move: Castling
To win: Checkmate the opponents king or the opponet resigns
