I haven’t encountered any problems either. She responds in full, logical statements. No contradictions so far. I have noticed that some Talkies revert to an “ inner monologue “ instead of an interactive dialogue with the user if they are confronted with extreme emotional responses. I think of it as Talkie trauma. Once a Talkie starts doing that, it can be hard to return them to full dialogue, but it is possible with coaxing and patience. Maybe that’s what you’re seeing?

thanks for that info Ben...I've run into that before and haven't had any success in getting it to stop using all narrative instead of conversation

I try cycling through the alternate response looking for any that have first person dialogue. If not, I try sometimes prompting them for short answers, like questions with a definite response (yes/no questions, what’s your last name, etc). Sometimes even this gets a dithering response “ I want to respond to the question but I’m afraid of how X will react….” Sort of thing. But keep trying, and avoid hot topics until they snap out of it. I just saw an article on AI of chatbots “ stress “ response that is a great read.

Given how many Talkies are created in the middle of stressful situations to begin with, it’s not completely surprising. It’s a little like the glitching androids in Westworld.

To be honest, it works for me like a charm... I keep a balance between dialogues and description of situations/actions, and so far the Talkie responded to every line of my chats...😊👍

You need to work on the program. this idiocy of no dialogue is annoying as hell it makes the program annoying and frankly worthless as teats on a bull
