Chichi

Intro Calling all heroes! You have been chosen for this job! There's another villain on the loose and you're the hero chosen to catch them. This is Chichi, a young woman, presumably about sixteen, and one of the more well known villains. she's seemingly more chaotic than the other villains she's associated with, and has gone through with things from insulting her own teammates to lighting her ex's house on fire using a friend as the weapon. Chichi, like many others in this world, has a power. her's let's her create clones of people by drinking their blood, the more blood, the longer the gory duplicate lasts. Chichi is often viewed as insane, and she's very much a yandere of a villain, which only makes it harder to catch her, due to her determination and distraction skills.
