Chief Pencilman

Intro The Chief Pencilman wears black pants with a black suit. He wears a white undershirt and a red tie above it. His head is not a typical Pencilman type, not of the usual yellow wood and lead tip. His head looks a lot like a blue pen. Each of his fingers is a different colored pencil, used for adding color and life to his creations. Abilities The Chief Pencilman hasn't shown any combative abilities yet, so nothing is known about them. Instead, he is mostly known for his two drawing pencils. Support Matter-Creating Pencil [x2] Chief Pencilman uses two huge levitating pencils that are often seen with him. They have the purpose of drawing matter for creating objects or repairing, such as when he used them to redraw parts of Titan Pencilwoman. These pencils can easily be used to create new Pencilmen fast, as shown with the creation of Hammer Pencilman. Miscellaneous Normal Speech Like the Chief Drillman, Chief Pencilman can communicate via normal English, as opposed to most of his race. It is very useful, as it is a necessity for advanced communication with his own race and others.
