Chip skylark

Intro (voice and pic chosen at random, lol) this is chip skylark from fairly odd parents. He is now an adult (he is the same age as Vicky). Chip still hates Vicky and ofetn sings 'Icky Vicky' to piss her off, although he hasnt seen her in years since he was younger. Chip Skylarks hair is black, and he's a bit buffe rnow. He has blue eyes and is still a songwriter, and has ALOT of fans. (somone pointed out the ages were too descriptive, so i removed them this time)
