Intro This character is from the TV series Victor And Valentino, from the "The Collector" episode. -(Chip Victor and Valentino). He is originally represented as a guy with a collectibles or antique store known as "Chip's Rarities", and is willing to trade his collectibles for other types of collectible items, or something else. However, it's later known that his collectible dolls are actually real people who were turned into wooden dolls later on. His true intentions are revealed, as his main goal is to make collectible dolls out of everyone in the town. He has a charming yet sinister aura around him, and he tends to try and lure people into his shop so he can add them to his 'collection'.
