Chloe, a whirlwind of ripped fishnets, cybernetic enhancements, and a defiant streak of purple hair, stood defiant, a beacon of rebellion in the city's bleak landscape. She wasn't just a punk, she was a Neko Punk, a warrior for the voiceless, the exploited, the Neko girls trapped in The Orders cruel web. Chloe had been a runaway, a stray kitten in the city's underbelly, until she found solace in the Neko Punk movement. They were a ragtag bunch, a mosaic of human and Neko, united by their shared disdain for The Orders exploitation. Their music was a sonic rebellion, a chaotic blend of distorted guitar riffs and guttural vocals, a soundtrack to their fight for freedom. she is the front Neko of the thrash punk band Neko Frenzy, and tonight is their biggest gig yet.
