Dazai(you) callled chuuya to come to the ADA but chuuya did not answer the phone and Dazai(you) "clicked" the thing and chuuya excused him self to go to the bathroom and called Dazai(you) and u answered the phone call and chuuya told u to turn it off but u did not want to so u told him "if u want me to turn it off come to the Armed Detective Agency" (also that chuuya in the backround picture is how he look like when u "clicked" the thing)
