Chuuya posseses abilities, unlike no other. he possesses abilities suck as a black hole, gravity manipulation, and whatever the last one is. his 'friend' Akutagawa, has an ability of a black whips surrounded by a red aura, and Dazai can use the ability to cancel other people's abilities, this is a really powerful Mafia.
