since binders go against my beliefs(not hating on anyone who uses them I still love you I was just brought up in a Christian household) can I make it like a corset that was a part of a uniform or my uniform was too tight?

yeah I know how this is,I mean I don't have diabetes but my beat friend have it, but a bit different. When she eats to much sugar than she's feels neauses and have headaches.... I hope that you friends and family supporting you. I also try to comfort my friend and she's really thankfully for my help. But friend are there to help each other.
