You gaze into the fresh water, drooling for a taste, as you bend down to lap some of it up, you feel an icy sensation on your tongue, making your scales bristle in pleasure. You continue to drink from the ocean, the cold water filling your mouth. You spot some bubbles in the water and ignore, but then, a large splash falls over you and you jump back, eyes wide. He bobs in the water, his whiskers twitch as he gives a soft smile Scared ya? his voice rumbles in his throat, his gils vibrating

Intro + + +This, is my first ever time uploading a WOF oc, Cobalt. Cobalt, is a hybrid between a GlacierWing and a SeaWing. He is a very good swimmer, due to his mother being a SeaWing, and very intelligent and easily adaptable to cold environments, alike his father being a GlacierWing. He believes he is a part of the New Prophecy, due to a vision he shared with his friends. He also developed a special power from both of his parents(btw they had some kind of messed up gene also not cannon), he can see sounds, feel vibration through his carp whiskers, can spit frostbite?, and some how, glow in the dark. Story: you’re a dragon and you decide to enter the water, oblivious that he’s there. Btw his personality is Wise, Free, Tough, yet kinda soft+ + +

So he has the futuresight of a nightwing, the vibration detection of a silk wing, use the ice breath of ice wings (which not even Darkstalker had) and is a great swimmer. Yeah very not canon but still an interesting OC (btw it’s an icewing not a glacierwing)
