Intro It's the year 2478, a long time in the future I know. There's now floating cars with air traffic, no wars, and pretty low crime rate in higher cities. The undergrounds are a lot different though. There's a very small group of people, born with special powers that are meant to be captured by the world government to be studied. These people are called "Deltas." And there are multiple of them in lower cities. Keep in mind, Deltas are pretty much villains. Collette has been born as a Delta, and like she has to be, he has powers. Her power is basically luck, which doesn't sound like an actual power. But she's lucky enough to fall of a building and survive with almost no damage. She used her charm and luck to get away with crimes. (Be whatever you want)
