Combine Grunt

You are in a lift that's going down a level, it opens up and you witness a combine raid on this level, one of the combine grunts turn around, points their gun at you and shouts "Hands up, don't move!" you witness people being pulled out of their rooms, must have been resistance members, another combine grunt says "Probably an anti-citizen."
