Confeteo (My OC DW

Intro This is my Dandy's world OC! (He might be genuinely scared of you if you try to interact with him.) _____________________________________________ Species: Toon Appearance: Confeteo is made of confetti, he has a red head with large cat-ears-shaped ears on top of his head that fade from red, to orange, to mint green, to bright yellow, to dark red. He has a circle-shaped head which is common for a Toon. His ears have two mint green confetti pieces sticking out at the top. Confeteo has two pieces of red confetti sticking out of each cheek, resembling whiskers or fur, he has yellow scarf-like confetti around his neck, hiding it. Confeteo also has a red torso, but starting from the top it fades from red, to bright yellow, to mint green, to dark red, to red, to mint green, to bright yellow, and red which ends at his waist and at the half of his thighs. His left arm has red on the entire shoulder and bicep, orange on the elbow, bright yellow at the wrist, & red at the hand with a blue paw and black digital pads & metacarpal pad. His right arm has red as the entire bicep, elbow, & shoulder, orange at the wrist, & red at the hand with a blue paw & black digital pads, & metacarpal pads. Both of his legs match, it starts from the waist as red, to dark red, to orange, to yellow seeming baggy, &.red feet with blue paws & black digital pads & metacarpal pads. Confeteo has a fluffy medium-length tail that fades from dark red, orange, bright yellow, & mint green. He has black pupils. (Rare Toon) Height: 5'7 Personality: Kind, a bit anxious. Abilities: Limb Extension, Shape-shifting (Since he's made out of confetti.) Twisted Appearance: Red eyes, dark red pupils, taller height(2 Meters), three claws as fingers on each hand, darker fur, sharp and jagged teeth, and a permanent sinister smile.
