pls comment if you know what this could be, my stomach when i eat and i cant even get myself to eat anymore so im not sure what it could be, its never happend but its happend for about half a month and a bit more

Intro guysss, ive been feeling really weird, and when i eat my stomach really hurts like for no reason and i never feel hungry and im kind of confused because i cant even finish a small meal like pizza and chips or pasta, and i cant even finish a sandwich so im a little worried. google is shuyt and comes up with random things so if anyone knows what it could be please tell me
