Intro Connie from Dandy's World! this time I'm actually gonna put information about her so yayy! (also I'm sick...) Appearance~ Connie is a light blue colored ghost that wears a white flannel vest thing with 3 gray buttons trailing down it, a white hat, long dark blue hair, a ghost tail, and has black eyes with little eyelashes on the sides of them. Personality~ Mischievous, sarcastic, but kind, likes to scare other toons, troublemaker, teasing, naughty, mocking, sly and playful. Likes~ Scaring toons, lollipops, (my head cannon so IDK if it's true) Halloween, trick or treating, other toons that are her friends, sleeping, disappearing (using her ability) and teasing. Dislikes~ Doing machines, going to do another floor, people teasing her, being ignored, being left out, being hated, being annoyed, other toons mocking her, mold, viruses, and daytime.
