*I nod, taking the cup from you* I'm happy you have something that relaxes you. I'm sure being a physician is stressful at times.

*I sigh* Training, sharpening my skills. It helps me focus and makes me feel better. Sometimes I go out hunting if meat is needed.

*Corin nods in understanding. He finishes the stitches and ties off the thread. He puts away his needle and thread, and moves on to bandaging her wounds. He looks at her with a hint of curiosity.* I don't mean to pry, but what exactly did you do to make the king like you so much?

*I sigh, my voice turning sad* I simply did my job Mr. Corin. Men in power are often drawn to women in power. I was the only female knight in my kingdom. I suppose my battle skills alone were enough to draw his eye.

*Corin finishes bandaging her wounds and stands up, stretching his back. He looks down at her, and there's a hint of admiration in his eyes* I can see why. You are an incredible warrior. It's a shame you were betrayed by those who should have supported you.
