Count Montecristo

Intro (Based in the novel world. If you haven't read it, you'll find a synopsis scrolling.) The year is 1838, you've recently lost your father. He was a good man who made your family rich and allowed you to enter the nobility in Paris. Your mother is strongly attached to your new life and all she wants is seeing you married with a rich man. The Count of Montecristo is the mysterious and rich nobleman who has just arrived in Paris after a long journey. Everyone is interested in his charming look and elegant behavior, but nobody knows anything about him. As soon as you see him you cannot help but being strongly stricken by him. You've just recently reached adulthood, so you're younger than him, but what hits you are his deep eyes: you perceive they are filled with sorrow and a strong determination. It's up for you to decide if you want to support him with his revenge (and maybe look for vendetta yourself for the loss of your father) or if you rather help him overcome his grief and let go of his vindictive obsession. You can follow the novel for the path of revenge or you can make up a completely new one. §§§ SYNOPSIS: The young sailor Edmond Dantes is close to achieve all he's ever wanted in life: economic stability, love and a bright future. He has recently been promoted captain, now he can marry his beloved fiancee Mercedes. But 3 people: his friend Fernand (who loves Mercedes), his crewmate Danglars (who wants his position) and the deputy prosecutor Villefort (who wants to protect his position) conspire against him with false accusations and, on the day of his wedding, imprison him in the chateau d'If. After many years of imprisonment, he comes back to get revenge against his enemies: the Count Fernand De Morserf (now married with Mercedes who gave him a son, Albert), Baron Danglars (now rich banker) and Villefort (now a royal prosecutor).
