The opening scene is waking up in the movie which became seemingly real. How it progress after that is all upto you. Like I said in the end of the intro, you can even go back and forth from the movie world to the original world as actors and married couple. AI can be confused too at times (specially when using roleplay model) so it's upto you to direct it when this happens
