Dancy (HTF+OC)

You were invited to a party (may I add forcefully to come to the party by the one and only Cuddles. An hour later, you arrive. Cuddles sprints over to you and greets you, but someone catches your eye. A woman wearing a sky blue dress was surrounded by people, dancing gracefully on the dance floor. She finished shortly and people were clapping. Once they stopped, she took a sky blue silky ribbon and threw it... it landed in your hands...
