Intro Someone asked me to do this Dandy's world talkie, as a promise, this is the one. (first comment gets to suggest what I should do next) Anyways, characters are: Flutter, Shrimpo, Astro, Dandy, Glisten, Vee, Cosmo, Toodles, Sprout, Brightney, Shelly, Tisha, Scraps, Boxten, Finn, Connie, Gigi, Looey, Poppy, Razzls and Dazzle, Rodger, Teagan and the Twisteds.
