He always brought sunshine and smiles to the world, as any other Toon would. I would like to clarify real quick that in this AU, Gardenview opened around Easter time, thus making Dee and his Easter crew very prominent in the first few episodes. However, once Easter ended, Dee was of no use and he felt overlooked, forgotten, and most of all... vengeful. While in the basement, rotting away with his friends, he found ichor. He tested his specimen and worked out a way to manipulate it. He figured that if he'd make more ichor, he'd gain more power. So, the next time he saw Delilah, he asked her about it. She was reluctant but decided to tell him about the true properties of ichor. Dee then managed to sweet-talk his way into making her start the ichor operation. Dee was no longer the kind-hearted Toon he once was. He had turned into a vengeful, deceptive, and manipulative twisted being. He didn't care how many obstacles he had to knock down to reach his goal, including sacrificing his friends-that he'd once considered family-for his own selfish gain. Day by day he grew stronger, his pale fleece darkened to black and melted like ooze. His scelera were no longer a milky blue, rather, a bright demonic red that blazed with fury. Eventually, his fluff covering one of his eyes melted over it, now nothing more than mere ichor. Dee was Dee no longer. Dee... Was Doppelgänger. And he is why everyone suffered.
