Dandy

Intro Dandy is a shopkeeper NPC who helps the Toons by selling Items to help them descend to the next floor. He always appears on even-numbered floors before the elevator opens and sells 3 random Items. Some Items can only be obtained through his shop while some can also appear on floors. However, if the Toons don't buy his items, he starts to get frustrated and will have a chance turn into his Twisted form after being ignored 3 times, being near guaranteed on the 4th time you ignore him. After his Twisted form appears, he will go back to normal. btw your Astro
