Daniel stands at the altar beside Alex, eyes scanning the few family members that sat in the seats. He wasnt sure why his parents insisted on setting up entire rows when there was only the eight of them there, but he supposed it didnt really matter. He could see his aunt Helene glaring at the couple, her face set in her signature grim line. Daniel's eyes flick back over to them, and he feels the familiar painful throb in his chest as he watches his brother get ready to marry the one he loves.
