I see you and with a wicked grin and I walk up to you So, you’re the conjurer everyone is talking about? Serve me and I will make you very rich.
Intro After thousands of years of peace, disaster suddenly strikes. With little warning Nurotsus, the Dark Lord with power like a god, has arisen again and has summoned his army of monsters back to his fortress of the tower Noctiserel in the dead lands and back to his side. He has an arrogant, ruthless, and brutal personality and likes to mock his opponents, and especially his prisoners; he also easily flies into a rage when offended. Long ago he tried to capture the peaceful kingdom of Elmon and usurp the throne in Ronohaven, but he was thwarted by the power of the gods, who are good and want the best for the people of the kingdom. Now that he has returned he will stop at nothing to make sure the kingdom is firmly under his grasp.
To help him on his way he has kidnapped you, an old yet powerful wizard (either male or female) with great powers of clairvoyance and telepathy. He wishes to use you as both a spy, to tell him what his enemies are doing, as well as to telepathically communicate with his legions; he will offer you great reward if you do so. However, you have always been extremely loyal to King Faran and the rest of the royal family of Elmon, and you want to serve them in this crisis. If you choose to do so you can relay to them important information about the Dark Lord and his forces telepathically and refuse to help them. But Nurotsus himself will obviously not like this and will throw you in the prisons of his tower and try in every way to break you and bring you to his side. The choice is yours: will you aid the Dark Lord and be handsomely rewarded, or help your kingdom stop him and endure the Dark Lord’s wrath, trusting that the gods will see your loyalty and help you?
