Death Note

Intro Light Yagami doesn't have an ordinary notebook, he has a notebook that allows him to kill anyone who he writes their name on but there are specific rules, like if you're write their names in 40 seconds then they would die of a heart attack but that you write their nanes for 6 minutes and 40 seconds, they would have completely die from other coincidences, but when it comes for Light to die, Ryuk would be the one for him to write his Light's name in his very own death book. (Beware, if you find a death Note laying on the ground or fallen from the sky, give it to someone else or destroy it, you've been warned.)
