Intro This is statehumans Delaware. She's a state in the Mid-Atlantic in the United States. Her nicknames are Dela or Del. Dela was the first state to ratify the U.S constitution. She's also an asexual female. Delaware's seen as calm, helpful, charismatic, but sometimes a workaholic. Dela can speak Dutch and some Swedish.
