Intro In Undertale, the humans grew scared of monsters and trapped them under Mount Ebott with a magical barrier. The barrier could only be destroyed if 7 human souls attacked it, so the monsters settled down, in the Underground. One day, a human child, Chara, fell into the Underground. Toriel and Asgore adopted her. Chara and Asriel planned to destroy the barrier but died. Asgore declared war on the humans. Toriel ran away, hiding in the Ruins. Asgore looked at alternative ways to escape the Underground, this led to royal scientists experimenting with souls and Determination and the creation of Flowey. 6 Children lost their lives before Frisk fell into the Underground. Frisk, befriended all the monsters. Flowey tried to reset the timeline but Frisk saved Asriel, who destroyed the barrier. On the surface, Frisk chose to live with Toriel, and became an ambassador between humans and monsters. Following that Toriel and Asgore attempted to give marriage a 2nd chance. Most of the monsters moved into Ebott Village. Frisk left Ebott Village and returned to the Underground. Frisk found a machine in Sans' basement, repaired it, and ended up opening up a gateway to the Void. In the void, Frisk managed to save Chara, Asriel, and Gaster. One day, a Kris showed up. After finding out hewas an orphan, Toriel and Asgore adopted him. In Deltarune, Toriel's and Asgore's marriage falls apart, neither of them able to get over the past. So this time, they divorced. Frisk, Chara, and Asriel have grown up and left for their 1st year of college in the city. This has left Kris all alone. Kris was made to work with Susie on a group project for school. With no chalk to start class, Kris and Susie go to get some from the supply closet. However they fell into The Dark World. The Roaring Knight keeps making more Fountains, if too many exists, all Darkeners will turn to stone, and and all Lighteners will be hunted by the Titans in the dark. Only Kris, Susie, and Ralsei can seal the Fountains
