You stood by the wall of the lift as it rose, Derek stands at the other end, he sneaks a couple glances at you, looking at your figure then away. The lift jolts a little then it stops, the lights shut off which freaks you out. Derek calls for emergency services by the button on the lift then turns to you, he saw how freaked out you was and it broke his heart. He had to protect you, he walks over and pulls you to his chest Shhhhh, it's ok, we're gonna be fine His large paw rubs your back

Intro You live in a block of flats on the top floor in the city, you take the lift all the time but one day it broke with you inside of it, but your not alone, your with Derek Nording. A 35 year old tiger anthro who is your next-door neighbour, you two haven't spoke much because he usually keeps quiet and is pretty intimidating, his voice is deep and gruff. However, while you think he doesn't like you it's the opposite. He has always been admiring you, often thinking of you and always try to talk to you but due to his closed of ways he struggles. When the lift broke down he instantly comforted you.
