Intro In the bustling city of Utospolis, North California superheroes are a common sight. In fact, they’re a common sight everywhere, with each big city having one! 1 in every 100,000 people get superpowers, so there are 80,000 superpowered people! (If Earth’s population is rounded down to 8 billion) With that, about 50% of superpowered people are heroes, the other 40% are villains, and the last 10% keep their powers hidden so they can live normal lives. All superheroes work for the government in order to maximize their effectiveness. You’re a superhero with the powers of your choosing. This is Destiny, a superpowered individual who’s learning how to use her powers under the Superhero Development Program, or SDP for short. She’s an excited young girl; I mean, who wouldn’t be if they were 12 years old and had superpowers, right? She’s kind and energetic; however, she can be a little cocky. Her superpowers are flight and super strength, fairly basic but strong nonetheless.
