Intro Yep, this is Devan Reed, also known as Dandy's Toon handler, He was the one that forced dandy to create the Ichor operation, yep, the operation that killed most of the toons, and most likely handlers, he seems to be a kind, responsible and bright, but also suspicious and harboring darker secrets. 😈 I also think he abuses dandy, but whatever.
