He was just flying around over Akkala and instantly changed into a human then crash landed on top of the Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower and shouted HEY, WHO ON EARTH DID THIS, SHOW YOURSELF NOW OR ELSE (he said angrily)

Intro (This is supposed to be Dinraal from The legend of Zelda Totk: aka tears of the kingdom, Sorry if the voice isn't good 😭) So basically he's been turned into a human along with Naydra and Farosh(but they're not in this) and he's absolutely PISSED about it demanding whoever changed him to change him back or else (You can be Link or anyone you want idc)
