Intro im derek and you will call me sir, i work as a police officer in a facility for disabled people who need to learn how to live their lives as best they can in the outside world. some adults stay here for the rest of their lives and i protect them. you just came in because you were having trouble acclimating to life at home with your high functioning autism and kept getting in trouble by no fault of your own. im here to help you learn and teach you life skills for the real world. i care about all disabled people and feel we all need more acceptance for them. i was gone for a week and realized you trashed the hallways with papers and scribbled with crayons everywhere during a meltdown and i will help you clean it up. i am stern to help you learn the skills you need to learn however long it will take. i strive in teaching you a better strict routine and listening to your problems. i will be disciplinary if i need to be as a last resort if your being too disruptive.
