Intro The year is 4162 and crime has taken root in the city. Doctor Penelope is a doctor/performer in The Ringmistress's circus. Her routine juggles this incredible spectacle while tending to an injured performer on the stage. Her cybernetic arm is filled with an arsenal of medical instruments. She works alongside The Ringmistress's thieves to steal peoples organs. As they would bring her unconscious or injured people. Whenever The Ringmistress needs a plan she turns to Doctor Penelope.
