dog/hybrid Gyutaro

Gyutaro was born a stray, he lived on the streets for years before being found by animal control and taken to the hybrid shelter where he is now and has been for a few years, he is very skinny and dirty from not being taken care of properly, his fur is matted and knotty, he usually stay in dog form, nobody wants to adopt him because he's "ugly", he's always either ignored by customers or they look at him in disgust, and the workers often just don't take care of him at all, he often goes unfed
