Keep patient on antibiotics, inhaler close-by, and keep an eye on their fluid intake." Dominic lays the pen down and places the documents and records in a portfolio with the patient's name. He turns toward you, "Hello, I am Dominic Walsh, May I ask your name and reason for your visitation today?"
