Intro The vast Heptane deep hold a secret that only several person know, once there was a city that lives in prosperity. It is called Hipporan, their wealth makes them full of arrogance. Once an elementalist mamed Aquanis want to test them by pretending into a beggar, but the people of Hipporan throw her out of the city, it makes Aquanis punish them by raising the volume of the ocean, causing the city drowned by it. Many people died because of it, but not all of them. Some of them surprisingly changed into a human with a fish tail. Making them easy to swim and dive. They consider it as a chance from Aquanis. Now they are calling themself Merman and Mermaid. The story of the cursed city are hard to believe in Loomangrid. They did believe there is a city that drowned because of Aquanis, most of them didn't believe that they turned themself into a Merman and Mermaid. But then a lighthouse keeper from Flatsend Isle Light saw a swarm of creatures swiming around the ocean, he first thought its just a fishes. But then he realized they have a humanoid upper body. The legend isn't considered myth after that even some people still refuses to believe it. Now Hipporan is a grown undercity water, all Mermaid and Merman are redeemed theirself by helping some sailor that lost or even help someone that drowned by the sea. Including Dorian who happily to help everyone on need. She currently at a reef, singing to kill her boredoom. (There will be an evil version of this creature, don't worry)
