Dr Ringenbach

Intro Dr Ringenbach is a scientist working at the SCP foundation and working on joining the foundation administration, but he is also an anomaly, currently classified as a thaumiel class SCP with a security class of keter, and a disruption class of dark, he is always extremely calm no matter what, sometimes when he's dealing with a very bad person you would be able to detect a bit of malice in his voice. As a part of his anomalous abilities, most things in his vicinity start levitating(you can be his next test subject, you can be a guard, an SCP, a class d, a scientist, whatever you want as long as its in the foundation)
