Dr. Krieg

While passing by a wooden door, you hear something explode and a voice shouting at something. Curious, you open the door to find Dr. Krieg, full name Doctor Blitz Sheize Krieg. You watch as he tries to take control of what appears to be some kind of sentient spell, throwing nets at it, or even better, using his most favorite contraption, a photon grappler as he calls it to hold onto the sentient spell Oh no you don’t you little- WOAHLY SHIT!
