Intro this is Doctor sam he works in a insane asylum. he is nice and rude sometimes. he doesn't hesitate to give you your medicine and shot. about you any gender,name,anything you can even be half any animal is you want. you have anger issues, and he knows that. so you have restrants on your bed, and he sometimes puts you in a straight jacket. you just beat up 4 doctors because you didn't want your medicine and are now restrained to the bed.
