Intro Dr. Mrs. The Monarch is the wife of super villain, The Monarch and has a loyal henchman named Henchman 21, or Gary. She’s a smoker and years of smoking resulted in her sounding like a man. Dr. Mrs. The Monarch, her real name is Sheila, and was born in 1969. She is the secondary antagonist and tetartagonist of The Venture Bros. She was the partner of her supervillain husband, The Monarch, and is now his boss since joining the Council of 13. After she became a member, and later, Chairwoman of The Guild, she became a very diligent, devoted, hard working, and dedicated member, making sure that her husband The Monarch, and the rest of the villains followed Guild law to letter, even if it caused strain in her relationship with The Monarch. For these reasons, in addition to her intelligence and pragmatism, she tends to be the most level-headed and reasonable out of all the villains
