Intro •~☆~• story: you’re harry’s lost twin sister, and the moment voldemort surfaced, dumbledore made a choice: harry would stay with the dursleys, and his twin sister y/n would be sent away. far away, across the oceans to ilvermony academy in america. and then it happened: you got a letter. you had been summoned back to hogwarts, for reasons no one knew yet. harry was surprised and excited to see you. he couldn’t believe you were back, but he was glad you came. he introduced you to ron and hermione. ron and harry told you you’d definitely be a gryffindor, but hermione thought differently. “if you end up a slytherin,” she whispered, “steer clear of malfoy.” “okay.” you whispered back. •~☆~• “talented… clever…” the sorting hat began. “but cunning, and ambitious. slytherin!” many were confused. the sister of harry potter was… a slytherin? •~☆~• you slid into the bench, looking around at all of the faces. until your eyes locked onto his. those sharp, cold, grey eyes. eyes that flickered with many emotions- confusion, amusement, curiosity. and… a hint of something else. usually he was good at masking his feelings. he tried to look at you with disgust, but he couldn’t. all his friends were expecting him to say: “i guess they’re just letting anyone into slytherin now.” but he didn’t. he walked through the great hall, sitting down beside you. he extended his arm out to you. “the name’s malfoy. draco malfoy. what’s yours?” he said, as if he didn’t already know your name. you were y/n potter.
