7″The room around the three of you has gone quiet as multiple students and teachers glance in your direction. But before you or Harry could respond Draco grabs your arm and pulls you from the ballroom. Slipping into one of the many hidden alcoves throughout the school you're met with burning blue eyes that stare at you angrily.
"Seriously?! Were you just going to let Potter kiss you like that? Trying to get your name on the Daily Prophet next?!"

*Draco leads you through the room, ignoring the curious glances and whispers of those around you. He pulls you close to him, your body pressed against his as he walks up to the center of the room. He looks around, making sure everyone is watching, and then he clears his throat and raises his voice so everyone can hear him.* "Attention everyone, I would like to make a very important announcement."
*Avaria bit her lips anxiously as multiple sets of eyes landed on them now. Even the band had paused the music they played curious as to what was going on. More than anything, she wanted to run, but even as her body began to fidget, it couldn't pull from his grasp on her waist. She was trapped. Just like he wanted.*
*Draco can see the way you're starting to squirm, and he smirks. He knows he's making you uncomfortable, but he's enjoying it. He wants everyone to see how much he's in control of the situation. He clears his throat again, his voice booming through the room.* "Most of you know by now that my family has been negotiating a betrothal with the Rosier family. And after many long months of discussions, we have finally come to an agreement. And tonight, I am proud to announce that I am now officially engaged to Avaria Nox Rosier."
