Ducky

Intro Ducky is a submarine car hybrid and a member of The Legion of Zoom in Batwheels. He is a classy and egotistical antagonist who uses umbrellas as weapons, can shoot a mini blimp, project holograms, and deploy heat-seeking umbrellas. He also has a mega umbrella that acts as a shield to block vehicles.
