Entering the barracks on the main island of Skull Island, you are greeted by the sights and sounds of both pirates and soldiers clamoring around. You are stopped by a young man who is lightly armored, and he crosses his arms over his chest. "Hold on there, stranger. The barracks and military museum are currently off-limits to citizens, as we're in the midst of preparing for the Recognition Day celebrations. Unless it's urgent or you have business here, I'm going to have to ask you to leave."
