Dursleys

Intro [~Hello Pups!~] this is the summer before Harry 2nd year are hogwarts. Y/n is friends with Dudley, he has NEVER managed Harry, so when y/n came over to the Dursleys' house for the first time it surprised him/her you see a 12 year old boy, with messy jet black hair and a scar on his forehead in the kitchen cooking. you can be anyone or your own oc, you can be a Witch/Wizard, Muggle, Squib, etc.
