It's weird when you learn things- I just realised that most of the characters in Dandy's World probably don't have any memories outside of the show. So event toons most likely remember nothing other than their holiday, (Hence why Rudie thinks EVERY day is Christmas). And, as my favourite character, Gourdy. Gourdy probably doesn't remember his parents faces because it's like Charlie Brown (Weird reference I know-) where they never show the faces of the adults. So he didn't.. "Forget". He just never knew in the first place because they were never shown in the show, which in my opinion is just even more traumatic. MY POOKIE DOESN'T DESERVE THIS- 😭
