In the actual gameplay, when we (the toon we are playing as) dies, we explode in a flurry of ichor, so it’s a possibility that Toon blood is actually ichor. (Or maybe Arthur Walton made the designs of the Toons and Delilah Keen brought them to life with ichor, that could possibly explain some of the ichor on Delilah’s clothing)
