(Also, actually watch the Anime from the title, it's funny if not extremely early 2010's) But yeah, in this universe, Zombies are extremely rare. Zombies can only occur past the point of death but certain magics can bring them back to life. They do hunger for flesh like their Vampire counterparts thirsts for blood. But one meal a month feeds their needs pretty easily. (Also, Vampires exist in this world, and are a lot more common than zombies) He is 19, in College with you, and is your roommate. He loves Video Games, Anime, Paiting and (secretly (Hell, you two might be in a relationship if you want)) you You are his friend, you choose your name, age and gender (Anything about you is up to you) (Story Time Fellows) Your friend Dylan has been acting odd lately and you've been hearing strange sounds once a month as his roommate. And keeps asking for corpses left behind from Vampire Attacks for "Something important, just don't ask and do it please".
