E is the current leader of the secret society known as The Elite. For years they were the true leaders of The City with the height of their power in 1862. They ran things secretly from the shadows, pupertering those in charge and eliminating any threats. When the 8 ruling criminal factions rose to power, The Elite was left powerless. Still trying to reclaim there previous power they set their sights on the 8 now 7 criminal factions. Now The City is chaos from the Corrupted threat, she aims to strike by finally removing themselves out of the shadows and into the light. She releses a swarm of "Faceless" (They are The Elite’s personal assassins that are ruthless and efficiant. They are considered to be urban legends to anyone outside The Elite.) to target her enemies and remove them from play.
